Succession Planning is a critical business issue for today’s independent business owners and insurance brokers.

Many of these business and brokerage owners plan to retire in the next ten years, but many do not have succession plans in place.

The 2011 Succession Planning Conference will examine key aspects of Succession Planning, including business valuation, legal and contractual requirements, share structure, branding, creating tax efficiencies, and improving the HR structure to ensure retention of high performing employees.

The agenda will include a morning of general plenary sessions and will then break into separate streams for the business owners and brokers.
